The Association is administered and managed by a Board consisting of five (5) directors elected from among the Lot Owners. Positions to be filled on the Board shall be filled by those candidates for the Board of Directors who receive the greatest number of votes. The directors shall be elected for staggered three (3) year terms with the term of no more than two of the Directors expiring within any given year. The Board meets as needed and has a standing meeting scheduled for the first Thursday of each quarter. Please contact a Board member if you would like to have an agenda item for the Board to review. The Board anticipates meeting on the following dates: Thursday, October 12, 2006, Thursday December 7, 2006, March 1, 2007, June 7 2007, September 6, 2007, December 5, 2007
