The Association is administered and managed by a Board consisting of five (5) directors elected from among the Lot Owners. Positions to be filled on the Board shall be filled by those candidates for the Board of Directors who receive the greatest number of votes. The directors shall be elected for staggered three (3) year terms with the term of no more than two of the Directors expiring within any given year.
