3) REMINDERS: · Spring or Summer exterior project? Don’t forget the Architectural Committee review is required for many types of exterior projects. See your Association website, CC&R’s, or contact an Architectural Committee member for more information. · Spring & Summer means it’s time to keep yards mowed, hedges trimmed and weeds controlled. Also keep the front walk clean and free of weeds, please. · Garbage cans/recycle containers should be stored out of sight from the street and neighbor’s view, and removed from the curb after weekly pick up in a timely fashion · Please remember that your Dog must be on a leash whenever they are outside of the confides of your fenced yard. If you take your dog for a walk through the neighborhood, be a good neighbor and responsible pet owner; make sure that you pick up after your dog and do not allow your dog to use someone else's private property as a doggie restroom. · Keep front yard post lights on when it’s dark outside… for safety! Our neighborhood is dark without street lights, and if everyone keeps their post light on when it’s dark outside (all year long!), it will be safer and keep our neighborhood more secure. Thank you! 4) If you have any suggestions, questions or concerns about Pine Lake Estates HOA, please contact any of the Board members or Committee Chairpersons
