History

 The Pine Lake Estates development was built by John F. Buchan Homes between 1995 and 1998.  Pine Lake Estates is a beautifully landscaped and well maintained community of 57 homes located in the City of Sammamish, Washington, approximately 15 miles east of Seattle. The Pine Lake Estates Homeowners’ Association is responsible for the oversight of this community.  

 This is a wonderful community that encourages a common vision of strong neighborhood involvement and participation while encouraging “pride of ownership” in our homes. Our vision for Pine Lake Estates is for a neighborhood that is inclusive, supportive and friendly.  All homeowners within Pine Lake Estates belong to the PLE Homeowners Association.
